Your personal information and card details are not kept on file. They are only ever recorded for the purposes of the transaction then immediately discarded.  

Our refund policy is simple! If You are not satisfied with any of our products, or if an item is faulty, please send them back to us at our expense for either a replacement or refund.

Our Ring Home security video doorbells and cameras all come with a 12 month warranty. You must remember to recharge your own batteries for most effective use.
